Millbrook Exchange Park Athletic Floor Project
The scope of work associated with this project is to remove existing gym floor and replace with a new floor at Millbrook Exchange Park. This includes all inspection/permitting fees. All work is to be performed in accordance with current North Carolina code.
Some possible needed MWBE subcontracting trades include:
- General maintenance for the demolition
- Install Flooring
- Water proofing
Important Dates:
A Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting will be held at 10:00 AM on January 3rd, 2024 at 1905 Spring Forest Rd, Raleigh NC 27615.
Sealed Bids will be received until 4 PM Tuesday, January 24th, 2024, at City of Raleigh, 222 W. Hargett St. Suite 605; Raleigh, NC 27602,
