The Project consists generally of the following major items:
Construction of the DE Benton Maintenance Building at the DE Benton Water Treatment Plant.
Some possible needed MWBE subcontracting trades include:
- Paving
- Landscaping
- Electrical
- Plumbing
- Painting
- Surveying
A Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting will be held at 2:00 PM, Thursday, July 13, 2023 at the Administrative Conference Room at the DE Benton Water Treatment Plant located at 2301 Benson Road Garner, NC 27529.
Sealed Bids will be received until 2:00 PM, Thursday, July 27, 2023, at One Exchange Plaza, Suite 620, Raleigh, NC 27601, at which time and place bids will be publicly opened and read aloud for the construction of the DE Benton Maintenance Building Project.
