The ECT Project is located at the intersection of West Hargett and South McDowell Streets and consists of a 360,000 SF, 17-story civic tower atop one partial level of below-grade service basement. The building is a structural concrete frame with precast, curtainwall, and punched openings on the exterior.

An outreach event will be held on November 8, 2023, starting at 4 p.m. at Halifax Community Center. The address is: 1023 Halifax Street, Raleigh, NC 27604
