The Raleigh-Durham Airport Authority (the “Authority”) is seeking competitive Proposals from experienced, creative, and innovative proposers for the non-exclusive right to manage the airport advertising concession program located at Raleigh-Durham International Airport (the “Airport”). All Proposals must be received no later than 3:00 PM (EST) on September 13, 2023, at the Administrative Offices of the Authority. Envelopes should be sealed and marked on the outside:

and have the name and address of the Proposer printed on the envelope. Proposals received after the time stated above will be returned unopened. The Authority, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to extend the response date for Proposals. A Mandatory in-person Pre-Proposal Conference will be held on August 3, 2023, in the administrative offices of the Airport Authority at RDU Center, 1000 Trade Drive, RDU Airport, NC 27623 beginning at 11:00 AM EST. A registration link is below. The Administrative Office is located adjacent to the rental car facilities on the Airport. A tour of the terminals and the approved advertising spaces with be held immediately following the meeting.
