Project – UNC ADA Ramp Replacements – Upper Quad Residence Halls – Grimes & Ruffin Jr.
Bids Due – 3/27/2023 at 5pm
Project Description – The intent of this project is to remove the existing brick, concrete and cmu ramps & metal rails at two residence halls and replace them with new ones that meet ADA. The new railings will meet the UNC Standards for Railings. Survey existing soils conditions and account for removal and replacement and shoring impacts.
Estimated project start is May 15, 2023.
