Project: WTCC – Therapeutic Massage Renovation
Bids Due – 9/6/2023 at 5pm
Project Description – Tenant Up-Fit of existing first floor lease space (1,734 sf) into therapeutic massage therapy training/educational space. The suite will accommodate eight (8) massage bays, new hand wash station, reception, waiting area, and equipment/supply storage.
Add ALT. 1 – Provide and install inpro curtains with hidden mesh and tie back options/silver/level/color – raven blackout – delph.
Add ALT. 2 – Provide a cleaned, grind and sealed concrete finish floors in mech, teaching area and equipment.
Add ALT. 3 – Provide and install armstrong LVT in mech, teaching area and equipment.
Scopes of work needed include Doors & Hardware, Drywall & Framing, Acoustical Ceilings, Flooring, Painting, Fire Suppression, Plumbing, HVAC and Electrical.
