General – Surveying, Traffic control, workzone signs & barricades, Temporary facilities, and construction services
Site Prep. – Erosion & sedimentation Control, sediment ponds, Clearing and grubbing, Soil Stablization, Soil cement base, lime treated soils.
Soil and Stone – Dump truck hauling, import crushed aggregates, riprap sand, soils, export soils
Earthwork – Grading, fabrics, site maintenance,
Box Culverts – Culvert #1 -12x12x156 RCBC & Culvert #2 7x7x265 RCBC
Underground Pipe – Drainage, pipe culverts; subdrains, Utility water lines & forcemain: Precast structures, RCP, Concrete endwalls, DIP, pipe & fittings, frame & grates,
Roadway – Guardrail, Road-Signing, asphalt paving, pavement marking & markers, Misc. Concrete flatwork- curb & gutters

Business Utilization MBE/WBE/DBE firms are encouraged to participate & will be listed at time of bid, Work & materials may be combined or divided to facilitate maximum participation. Subcontractors are obliged to sublet to 2nd & 3rd tier DBE subcontractors. DBE firms needing assistance with obtaining bonding, loan capital, lines of credit, insurance, quickpay & payment-agreements, obtaining equipment & supplies materials or negotiate joint venture & partnership arrangements can contact Thalle for assistance. Thalle will negotiate fairly with interested DBE firms & will not reject firms as unqualified without sound reasons based capabilities.
