We are seeking quotes for the following trades. Work may include but not limited to: Excavation/Backfilling for Utilities, Erosion & Sediment Control, Jack and Bore Drilling, Asphalt Repairs, Asphalt Milling Overlay, Concrete Repairs, Hauling, Manhole Rehab, CIPP, Sewer Point Repairs, bypass pumping, Subsurface Utility Engineering along with any incidentals and materials necessary for construction to complete the project.

The project consists of the rehabilitation of approximately 25,000 LF of 4-inch through 12-inch gravity sewer piping, replacement of 147 LF of 8” sewer main, along with the installation of 112 LF of 8” sewer piping installed via Boring and Jack under a Norfolk Southern Railroad, and 195 LF of new 8” sewer pipe

installed via open-cut in place replacement. The project will also include the rehabilitation of 26 manholes, and installation of three 4-foot manholes. Rehabilitation of the gravity sewer infrastructure will include reinstatement of sewer connections and new sewer lateral piping. The project will also

include 3,637 LF of pipe cleaning and inspection via CCTV that was not conducted during design due to access issues and pipe obstructions. Once the cleaning and inspection via CCTV has been completed, the pipe will be evaluated for rehabilitation purposes.

Quotes must be received in our office by end of business on Monday, Jan 27, 2025. This project bids Jan 28^th, 2025 and late bids cannot be considered.

KRG Utility is willing to review any responsible quote and will negotiate terms if appropriate. We will notify your firm if your bid is accepted for this project. Please contact me if you have not heard from me by Feb 5th, and I will inform you of the status of your bid.
