Troutman, NC – 2022 Sewer Collection Rehabilitation Contract A: Sewer Pipe Rehabilitation Contract B: Various Sewer System Improvements Troutman, North Carolina CS370580-06 & SRP-W-ARP-0249

Bids for the construction of the Project will be received by the Town of Troutman, located at Troutman Town Hall, 400 North Eastway Drive, Troutman, NC 28166, until Tuesday, March 18, 2025at 2:00 PM local time. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. The Project includes the following Work: Contract A: Sewer Pipe Rehabilitation – includes the installation of cured-in-place pipe of approximately 8″-25,308 LF; and Contract B: Various Sewer System Improvements – replacement of approximately 732 LF of 8” gravity sewer lines, 31 pipe repairs of varying lengths and types, 45 tap replacements, manhole improvements of 253 manholes (including a new MH, 806 VF of cementitious lining, new frame/covers, raise frame/covers, and various other items), and misc. smoke defect repairs.

Insituform Technologies, Inc. is bidding as a general contractor on the project listed above. We are soliciting subcontract bids from certified MBE/WBE/DBE firms in the following areas:

· Open Cut Pipe Replacement

· Point Repairs

· Service Lateral Replacement

· Manhole Replacement & Rehabilitation

Insituform Technologies, LLC will assist or advise concerning obtaining bonding, loan capital, lines of credit, and insurance or joint pay agreements.

Insituform Technologies, LLC will be glad to discuss partnership arrangements where possible and quick pay agreements.
