Project: UNCCH – ITS Manning 5^th Floor Renovations

Bids Due – 12/18/2024 at 5pm

Project Description – Commercial tenant improvement, alteration includes partial demolition and construction of nonstructural partitions, finishes, and furniture/equipment as well as associated MEP improvements for a portion of the 5th floor. Restroom upgrades are an alternate.

Scopes of work needed include Demolition, Architectural Woodwork, Doors, Frames, & Hardware, Glass & Glazing, Drywall & Framing, Flooring, Painting, Specialties, Plumbing, HVAC, and Electrical.
