Project: UNCCH – Meredith Riggs Spangler Building – Fire Alarm System Upgrades

Bids Due – 12/9/2024 at 5pm

Project Description – Providing new independent fully addressable fire alarm system in the Meredith Riggs Spangler Building in compliance with the latest State Construction Office (SCO) Fire Alarm Guidelines and UNCCH Fire Alarm Guidelines. Modifications will include the installation of new fire alarm system including associated devices, conduit, wiring, cabling, etc. as noted on the plans and specs, testing of the new systems per NFPA 72, SCO Fire Alarm Guidelines, and UNCCH Fire Alarm Guidelines, and demolition of the existing fire alarm system.
