Lot 28A Waterfront Improvements, Wanchese, North Carolina

We are interested in receiving your quotations on this project for any work and or supplies your company is qualified. Potential subcontract opportunities which may exist in this project description:
1. Demolish the existing timber and concrete deck, CMU ramp and concrete slab on grade.
2. Partially demolish timber retaining wall and timber piles.
3. Partially demolish the timber finger pier.
4. Construct temporary timber access way (Additive Bid No. 1).
5. Temporarily support the existing elevated ice machine platform.
6. Isolate waterlines at main valve and deactivate electrical outlets.
7. Construct a cantilevered steel sheet pile bulkhead and reinforced concrete cap.
8. Excavate unsuitable soils.
9. Extend the existing RCP and CMP storm drains.
10. Backfill behind bulkhead while phasing construction of a concrete slab on grade to serve as the waterfront
operations platform.
11. Install new mooring hardware (cleats) and a timber fender system along the face of the bulkhead.
12. Construct the support foundation and framing for the existing elevated timber platform supporting
three existing industrial ice machines.
13. Construct a concrete retaining wall separating the lower-level waterfront operations platform from the
primary building facility.
14. Construct a concrete ramp for forklift access along the two different levels.
15. Install marine pedestal and associated utilities.
16. Install the demolished section of finger pier with new materials matching the existing one.
17. Demolish temporary timber access way (Additive Bid No. 1).
