After moving from her hometown in Pennsylvania, Nicole graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, Virginia with a degree in Craft and Material Studies. Prior to joining the Institute team, Nicole held positions in small business management and digital marketing within the creative and arts sectors, where she was responsible for enhancing online engagement and driving sales through innovative strategies. Nicole brings over 10 years of experience and a proven track record of success in the fields of digital marketing, e-commerce optimization, and business management, which is invaluable as she is currently responsible for overseeing the strategic development and operational execution of programs at the Women's Business Center of Central Virginia.
