Project Information –
The work consists of renovations to a former public school kitchen.
Project includes:

Renovations to approximately 2,200 sqft of the interior kitchen, storage, and electrical/mechanical rooms.

The addition of an 18’x18′ Outdoor Walk-In Freezer/Cooler and associated site work.

Installation of a grease trap in the loading dock area with new connection to the sewer manhole in street.

Installation of rooftop mechanical equipment including exhaust fans.

Working around existing asbestos-containing wall plaster and window glazing.
C.T. Wilson is negotiating this project with the owner.
Please provide an alternate price for performance and payment bonds on work if proposal amount exceeds $100,000.
All subcontractors will have insurance that meets or exceeds the values in the certificate of insurance posted in the specs folder.
