 Project Description – Scope of work; renovate existing kitchen space. Scope of work includes but is not limited to the following:

• Demo, including concrete cutting, interior excavations.
• Asbestos and Lead abatement
• Concrete, topping and underlayment
• Misc metal railings
• Casework/Millwork
• Roofing
• Doors, Frames, and HW
• Framing and drywall, FRP wall panels, Epoxy flooring, Painting, Acoustical Ceiling
• Toilet accessories, Fire extinguishers & cabinets, Metal lockers
• Fire sprinkler
• Plumbing
• HVAC
• Electrical

Estimated project start is May 15, 2023.

There is a pre-bid site visit scheduled for Wednesday, April 5 at 1:30pm.
