The Notice to Bidders, also included in the Project Manual (19-21349-02B-UNC PARCS – IFB – PM), is included as a separate file for fast reference of key, bid milestone dates. There is a non-mandatory pre-bid meeting being held at the Swain Parking Lot on campus February 28, 2023 at 10:00am.

Please submit all requests for information related to the bid documents by March 9, 2023. All questions will be responded to and issued in a formal bid addendum by March 15.

UPDATE:

The above referenced project is now in a period of re-bid, due to the lack of three or more bids at the bid opening on March 28, 2023. The project will now be re-bid, per SCO requirements, on April 19, 2023 at 3pm. See the attached Notice to Bidders here and on the SCO Website here, for additional information.

There will be an addendum issued next Wednesday, April 5. This will be bid addendum #2. Both addenda must be acknowledged in the re-bid documents.
