All bids will be publicly opened and read aloud for the furnishing of labor, material & equipment on this date.

The work of project is defined by the Contract Documents and includes, but not limited to, the following scope: All labor, taxes, materials, equipment, services, permits, incidental and implied, to install a complete working system as designed.  The project generally consists of a metal building frame on new foundations and slab with 4 vehicle bays, dayroom, bedrooms, office partitions, ceilings, doors, finishes, and other plumbing, mechanical and electrical work. The project includes all other work as shown, indicated or reasonably implied on the contract drawings and/or specifications for a complete project.

The featured scope of work per contract documents are as follows; Cast-in-place concrete, CMU, structural steel, steel decking, cold-formed metal framing, metal fabrications, rough carpentry, plastic-laminate-clad architectural cabinets, thermal and moisture protection, hollow metal doors and frames, flush wood doors, access doors and frames, sectional doors, aluminum windows, door hardware, glazing, fixed louvers,  gypsum board, ceramic tiling, acoustical tile ceilings, resilient base and accessories, wall coverings, interior painting, panel signage, toilet, bath, and laundry accessories, fire protection cabinets, fire extinguishers, metal building systems, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, earthwork, exterior improvements, utilities.

Hickory Construction Company, Hickory, NC is seeking subcontractors for specific scope of work as described above.
