Attached is Addendum 01 to the project documents for the Davidson-Davie Community College Love Building Exterior Brick Repairs (SCO #: 22-25618-01A). Please carefully read this addendum and all attachments.
A revised Form of Proposal is attached to Addendum 01. You MUST use the revised Form of Proposal for submitting your bid.
The project bids on November 16, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. and there was an optional Pre-Bid Meeting on October 26, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. The pre-bid meeting was optional for this project; however, all contractors are required to perform a mandatory site visit at least 3 days prior to bid submission. Site visits must be coordinated with Keith Raker (kraker4708@davidsondavie.edu) at least 5 business days prior to site visit. Additional information regarding bidding is included in the Project Manual at the link below.
