SOLICITING BIDS FOR THE FOLLOWING: Demolition and Structure Moving, Hauling, Concrete Forming, Concrete Reinforcing, Cast-in-Place Concrete, Painting and Coating, Pipe Supply, Electrical, Clearing and Grubbing, Excavation and Fill, and Chain Link Fencing.

CONTRACT DOCUMENTS, INCLUDING DRAWINGS AND TECHICAL SPECIFICATIONS are available at Laughlin-Sutton construction Company, located at 5855 Rudd Station Rd., Browns Summit, NC 27214 or through iSqFt.com. Both are available free of charge. You will be notified, via email, if there are any future addenda.

The issuing office for the Bidding Documents is: LKC Engineering, PLLC, located at 140 Aqua Shed Court, Aberdeen, NC 28315, 910-420-1437. Prospective bidders may obtain copies of the Bidding Documents from the Issuing Office.

Bidding Documents also may be examined at Carolinas AGC (plans available at www.cagc.org on Ibuild), FW Dodge/McGraw Hill Dodge, Minority Economic Development Center: Charlotte, Hispanic Contractors Association of the Carolinas: Charlotte; the office of Stokes County, on Mondays through Fridays between the hours of 9:00 am and 3:30 pm; and the office of the Engineer, LKC Engineering, PLLC, located at 140 Aqua Shed Court, Aberdeen NC 28315, on Mondays through Fridays between the hours of 9:00 am and 3:30 pm

Bidding Documents may be obtained from the Issuing Office during the hours indicated above. Bidding Documents are available on compact disc (as portable document format (PDF) files) for a nonrefundable charge of $150.00, including shipping. Alternatively, printed Bidding Documents may be obtained from the Issuing Office either via in-person pick-up or via mail, upon Issuing Office’s receipt of payment for the Bidding Documents. The non-refundable cost of printed Bidding Documents is $150.00 per set, which includes shipping, payable to LKC Engineering. Upon Issuing Office’s receipt of payment, printed Bidding Documents will be sent to the Bidder. The date that the Bidding Documents are transmitted by the Issuing Office will be considered the prospective Bidder’s date of receipt of the Bidding Documents. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office.

Note: It is each subcontractor/vendor’s responsibility to review all bid documents issued for this project in order to provide a complete scope of work and cost proposal.
