CT Wilson Construction Company, Inc., in association with Rankin III Grading, LLC, CM at Risk for the Durham County Sheriff’s Training Facility project, will be hosting a non-mandatory subcontractor outreach event for all interested subcontractors. Minority and Woman-Owned Business Enterprises and Historically Underutilized Businesses interested in bidding on the Durham County Sheriff’s Training Facility Project are encouraged to attend. The event will be hosted at CT Wilson Construction located at 150 Golden Drive Suite 200 Durham, NC 27705 on Monday, December 11, 2023 from 4:00pm to 6:00pm.

Project Description: This project involves the redevelopment of Durham County Sheriff Office’s existing firing range. Improvements to the firing range include improved outdoor qualifications range (3/10/25/50 yards), new rifle range (100/250/500 yards), new outdoor 270-degree tactical training range, new target-reveal systems, new lighting, grading and drainage improvements, plus a new 9,192 SF training building with classrooms, storage, locker rooms, offices and associated parking. Work is anticipated to begin May 2024.
