PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Site work, renovation and addition to a library in Goldston, North Carolina.
Completed plans call for the renovation of a library. Work to be included in this project will be as
identified within the project documents with minimal invasion (or construction) associated with the
existing space. This project will be performed while the existing facility remains in operation which will require proper supervision and behavior by all parties associated with the project. Any interactions with staff or patrons that is found to be inappropriate could result in removal of individuals or contractors from the site/project.
SOLICITING BIDS FOR THE FOLLOWING: Concrete, Concrete Reinforcing, Masonry, Wood Framing, Blanket Insulation, Standing Seam Sheet Metal Roofing, Aluminum Windows, Gypsum Board Assemblies, Painting, Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, and Termite Control.
