DreamBuilt Construction is soliciting quotes from vendors and licensed subcontractors, including HUB Certified vendors and subcontractors, for the following:
Helen Nichols Park Improvements – FB24140 – Winston-Salem, NC
The scope of work on this project includes: a new 744 LF stone/sand pedestrian trail, a new 615 LF prefabricated HDPE boardwalk, a new (6) piece fitness equipment circuit with shade structure, and new concrete and asphalt walkways. Other site improvements include parking lot improvements and expansion, landscaping additions and plant relocation, and other park related items to be installed (benches, trash cans, etc.)
