DreamBuilt Construction is soliciting quotes from vendors and licensed subcontractors, including HUB Certified vendors and subcontractors, for the following:
N Cleveland Ave & Willie Davis Apartment Project – Winston-Salem, NC
The M/WBE subcontracting goals for this project are 10% MBE and 5% WBE.
Description of Project: minor demolition, stud framing, gypsum board, flooring, roofing, interior finishes, plumbing, mechanical and electrical work. Other work included: steel decking, landscaping, and other per specifications.
Bids are due in our office by 5 pm on February 13, 2024.. No exceptions can be made.
