We will be receiving subcontract quotations from subcontractors and suppliers interested in performing various scopes of work on the above referenced project.  We are soliciting quotations from all interested parties and will give consideration to all qualified and reputable subcontractors and suppliers.  We urge Certified Minority (DBE, WBE, and MBE) participation.  If you qualify as a certified minority business, please designate that status on your quotation.  Even if you do not qualify as a certified minority please submit your quotation for full consideration.  All quotations will be reviewed for responsiveness, price, and ability to perform the required work.  You may review the plans and specifications in our Eastover, NC office located at 2031 Middle Road, Eastover, NC 28312 (by appointment only).  Plans are also available at the NCDOT Division Office at:  5501 Barbados Blvd., Castle Hayne, NC 28429 for DIVISION 3 or 558 Gillespie Street, Fayetteville, NC 28301 for DIVISION 6.  Bid documents are also available on the NCDOT website using the following links:
