PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The base bid work will include but not limited to selective demolition, relocating existing plumbing fixtures and bathroom accessories, installation of new toilet partitions and urinal screens, installation of new grab bars, and re-installation of plumbing fixtures at new locations. The work requires the contractor to furnish all labor and material for the demolition, reconfiguration of the toilet rooms, and re-installation of all fixtures.

SOLICITING BIDS FOR THE FOLLOWING: Selective Structure Demolition, Gypsum Board Assemblies, Tiling, Painting, Toilet Accessories, Plumbing, HVAC, and Electrical.
