Cahoon and Kasten Architects/ Community Care Clinic – Dental Office

Sealed proposals will be received April 06, 2023 until 2:00PM in the office of Cahoon+Kasten Architects, 118 W. Wood Hill, Dr., Nags Head, NC and immediately thereafter publicly opened and read aloud.
The bid consists of the renovation of part of the existing Community Care Clinic into a dental office. The renovation includes reception, waiting, office, x-ray, lab, three treatment and one future treatment rooms. The dental office renovation also includes adding new windows for waiting room and an accessible exterior ramps and steps. There is also minimal renovation to modify an existing pharmacy which includes adding a new exterior door.
Bids will be received for single prime bid contracts. All proposals will be lump sum.
