DreamBuilt Construction/ Pickleball Court Conversion – Winston-Salem NC

Description of Project:
Complete reconstruction of 3+ tennis courts into 10 pickleball courts (approx 23400 sqft), using FDR process (at Sedge Garden, 401 Robbins Rd. Winston Salem)
Conversion of 3 tennis courts to 8 pickleball courts (approx 18290 sqft) using TitanTrax surfacing (at Little Creek, 610 Foxcroft Rd. Winston Salem)
Trades available include the following:
-Site work including:
-Demolition
-Full depth reclamation (Sedge Garden)
-Asphalt surfacing
-Fencing
Bids are due in our office by 5 pm on December 20, 2022. No exceptions can be made.
