Description of Project:
Reconstruct (14) tennis courts to include all new perimeter fencing at 4 locations:
-Granville 700 Granville Dr, WS 27101 (24,780 sqft)
-Leinbach 3635 Sally Kirk Rd, WS 27106 3 (18,290 sqft)
-Oak Summit 406 Oak Summit Road, WS 27105 3 (18,054 sqft)
-Shaffner 900 Yorkshire Road, WS 27106 4 (24,633 sqft)

Trades available include the following:
-Site work including:
-Demolition
-Full depth reclamation
-Asphalt surfacing
-Asphalt striping
-Court coatings/lines
-Pickleball posts/nets
-Fencing
Minority and Women Business Enterprise goals apply: 5% MBE 5% WBE
Approximate start date will be early to mid-March 2023.
Project duration is 75 calendar days.

Bids are due in our office by 5 pm on December 20, 2022. No exceptions can be made.
