Project Description: Renovation of the existing offender showers at Pasquotank CI, Units 2, 3, and 4, (36 units total). Demo the existing floor and wall finish, demo thick set floor tile down to structural concrete slab. Install new thick setting bed forming slope to floor drain, epoxy floor and wall system. Install new shower heads and controls. Install new ADA grab bars. Replace existing painted steel HVAC screens with Stainless steel screens. Demo existing hollow metal window units, install new.
