We are bidding the DF00470 BLADEN, CUMBERLAND, HARNETT 7 ROBESON Counties project and would very much appreciate your quotation.

Please have your quotations emailed to our office no later than MARCH 18, 2024 at 12:00 PM. We will accept modifications to your quote up to MARCH 20, 2024 at 10:00 AM.

We encourage you to seek out 2^nd tier DBE participation to include with your quotation whenever possible.

We also encourage you contact the NCDOT Business Opportunity & Workforce Development (BOWD) Unit at bowd@ncdot.gov or Toll Free at 1-800-522-0453 for assistance in obtaining additional DBE participation from 2^nd tier subs and suppliers.  You may also contact DBE@ncdot.gov for support in that effort.  We look forward to hearing from you.
