SOLICITING BIDS FOR THE FOLLOWING: Piping, Electrical, Paint, Bypass, and Metal Fabrications.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project. The scope of work is described as replacement of PSC lift station pumps, installation of pump rail system, revise well piping, install new piping valves, check valves, pressure gauge, new hatch on existing well, install above ground valve encloser with control panel, new pump hoist, a permanent bypass connection, and provide one spare pump for the Public Service Complex Lift Station.

CONTRACT DOCUMENTS, INCLUDING DRAWINGS AND TECHICAL SPECIFICATIONS are Available at Laughlin-Sutton Construction Company, located at 5855 Rudd Station Rd., Brown Summit, NC 27214 or through iSqFt.com. Both are available free of charge. You will be notified, via email, if there are any future addenda.

Plans, specifications, detail sheets, and contract documents can be viewed and printed along with a bid request from the City of Kinston Public Services Website.

Note: It is each subcontractor/vendor’s responsibility to review all bid documents issued for this project in order to provide a complete scope of work and cost proposal.
