Carolina Specialties Construction, LLC is seeking bids for the above project. All bids will be considered. Certified DBE/MBE/WBE/HUB vendors and subcontractors are encouraged to submit their bids for consideration as well. Alternatives to bonding for minority subs, joint pay agreements or quick pay agreements may be available to qualified bidders.

Bid Schedule Dates, Events & Times:

• October 25, 2023 – Submit public advertisement to solicit bids from material suppliers and subcontractors.
• November 8, 2023 – Response of interest to bid project, by no later than 10:00 AM.
• November 9, 2023 – Onsite 10:00 AM Pre-Bid meeting to review the project, 10:00 AM.
• November 15, 2023 – RFI Questions to be submitted for review, by no later than 10:00 AM.
• November 27, 2023 – Send out RFI Answers via Addenda by no later than 5:00 PM.
• December 5, 2023 – All bids are due by no later than 10:00 AM.
