CMS Schools/ CMS Northwest School of the Arts Project 2

Project Info:
The CMS Northwest School of the Arts Project 2 consists of a new visual arts and classroom building, renovating five existing buildings on campus, and demolishing the two remaining buildings. The new building will consist of approximately 72,300 SF containing an administration suite, media center, six science classrooms, six art classrooms, and 16 general classrooms. The renovation of the cafeteria (building A) consists of repurposing a health classroom into a HS CTE classroom and some minor lighting changes. The renovation of the existing admin building (Building C) will be a near full interior remodel into middle school classrooms with a small admin area with a new elevator tower and exterior work. The auditorium (Building CC) will have minor acoustical upgrades. The existing visual arts (Building B) and classroom (Building D) buildings will be demolished. The performing arts building (Building E) will have sprinklers installed, HVAC replaced/repaired, and finishes updated. The gym (Building F) will have minor leak repairs and an existing ceramics classroom will be split into two health classrooms.
Prequalification for 1st tier subcontractors is closed. This is for 2nd & 3rd tier subcontractors.
