Project Information –
The NC Executive Residence is the residence of the acting governor of North Carolina. This project will include repainting of all existing exterior wood columns, railings, ceilings/soffits, flooring, and trim of the NC Executive Residence.
 
Prebid meeting starts at the State Construction Office on 301 N. Wilmington, Suite 450, Raleigh, NC.

UPDATE:Contractors interested in bidding as prime bidders are encouraged to attend the open prebid meeting, which will be held on December 1, 2022, at 3:00 PM, at The State Construction Office, 301 N. Wilmington Street, Suite #450, Raleigh, NC 27601 from which will transition over to the Executive Residence. The meeting will address project-specific questions, issues, bidding procedures and bid forms.
