DreamBuilt Construction is soliciting quotes from vendors and licensed subcontractors, including HUB Certified vendors and subcontractors, for the following project:
Union Station 2nd Floor Interior Upfit – 300 S. MLK Jr. Blvd, Winston Salem, NC 27101
Description of Project:
The scope of work on this project involves a build out the 2nd floor shell space into a 11,832SF finished office environment. The building is a former train station and on the National Register of Historic Places.
Prospective bidders should read carefully the entire bidding documents prior to placing a bid.

-Architectural Woodwork
-Firestopping
-Wood Doors
-Overhead Coiling Grilles
-Door Hardware
-Glazing
– Metal Framing
-Gypsum Board
-Interior Painting

Approximate start date will be mid-June 2023. Project duration is ~150 calendar days.
Bids are due in our office by 5 pm on March 21, 2023. No exceptions can be made.
