All bids will be publicly opened and read aloud for the furnishing of labor, material & equipment on this date.

The work of project is defined by the Contract Documents and includes, but not limited to, the following scope: All labor, taxes, materials, equipment, services, permits, incidental and implied, to install a complete working system as designed.  The project generally consists of a new turf baseball/softball field with spectator seating, 1,600 sq. ft. press box and concessions facility, a 1,100 sq. ft. outfield restroom building, new pool with 600 sq. ft. pump room, along with significant site and parking improvements.  The project includes all other work as shown, indicated or reasonably implied on the contract drawings and/or specifications for a complete project.

The featured scope of work per contract documents are as follows; Structure demolition, concrete reinforcing and concrete, CMU, structural metal framing, steel joists and decking, cold-formed metal framing, metal fabrications, pipe and tube railings, wood, plastics, and compartments, thermal and moisture protection, hollow metal doors and frames, flush wood doors, access doors and frames, overhead coiling doors, aluminum-framed storefronts, door hardware, glazing, non-structural metal framing, gypsum board, ACT, resilient base and accessories, resinous flooring, tile carpeting, painting, plastic toilet compartments, toilet and bath accessories, fire protection cabinets and fire extinguishers, aluminum wall hung canopy, furnishings, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, communications, earthwork, exterior improvements, and utilities.

Hickory Construction Company, Hickory, NC is seeking subcontractors for specific scope of work as described above.
