Bid Date & Time: Thursday, March 28, 2024, at 2:00p.m., LOCAL TIME

All bids will be publicly opened and read aloud for the furnishing of labor, material & equipment on this date.            

BID LOCATION: City of Hickory, (City of Hickory Council Chambers), 76 North Center Street, Hickory, NC 28601

The work of this project is defined by the Contract Documents and includes, but not limited to, the following scope: All labor, taxes, materials, equipment, services, permits, incidental and implied, to install a complete working system as designed.  The project bid consists of a new metal T-Hangar with bi-fold doors, twelve (12) designated units and associated site work. The project includes all other work as shown, indicated or reasonably implied on the contract drawings and/or specifications for a complete project.

Hickory Construction Company, Hickory, NC is seeking subcontractors for a specific trade that covers the work described below.

Division 5 – Metals (Misc. Metal Fabrications), Division 6 – Wood and Plastics (Rough Carpentry), Division 7 – Thermal and Moisture Protection (Sealants), Division 8 – Doors and Windows (Hollow Metal Doors and Frames and Overhead Rolling Doors), Division 9 – Finishes (Gypsum Drywall and Field Painting), Division 10 – Specialties (Signage and Fire Extinguishers), Division 13 – Pre-engineered Metal Building), Division 22 – (Plumbing & Fire Protection), Division 26 – Electrical, Division 31 – Earthwork, Division 32 – Exterior Improvements, Division 33 – Utilities.
