The Project consists generally of the following major items:The City of Raleigh intends to demolish the existing service station and remove 13 underground storage tanks. The project includes environmental site remediation, with no impact on wetlands or environmentally sensitive areas.
Some possible needed MWBE subcontracting trades include:
- Underground Storage Tank Removal Contractor
- Environmental services
- Lead and asbestos abatement
- Building demolition

A Pre-Bid Meeting will be held at 1:00 PM, Tuesday, 2/20/2024 at 1014 N. West Street, Raleigh, NC 27601.
