Construction Manager at Risk Services
The City of Raleigh is soliciting Requests for Qualifications (RFQ) from construction management at risk (CMAR) firms with expertise in the construction of police evidence
facilities. CMAR services include, but are not limited to pre-construction and construction phase services for a New Raleigh Police Department Evidence Facility to be located southeast of the intersection at Battle Bridge Road and Griffice Mill Road – Raleigh, NC 27610.
Important Dates:
A mandatory pre-submittal conference for all prospective proposers is scheduled for February 12, 2024 at 1:00 pm at Halifax Community Center, 1023 Halifax Street, Raleigh, NC 27604. RFQ registration will be conducted at this conference.
Prospective proposers should carefully review the requirements of this solicitation. Any comments or questions that arise concerning any of these requirements that are unclear or objectionable must be submitted electronically to Roger Warner (Roger.Warner@raleighnc.gov).
