RFP: RCPAC Glass Cleaning

The City of Raleigh (COR) is solicitating proposals from one or more firm(s) with which to contract for the following services:

• The Raleigh Convention and Performing Arts Complex (RCPAC) is accepting proposals from qualified public entities or private firms to provide full service Glass Walls, Doors, Skylights, and Awning cleanings for the Raleigh Convention Center and the Martin Marietta Center for Performing Arts.

Important Dates: 

An optional Pre-Proposal Conference and Site Visit will be held Tuesday, February 13, 2024, at 10:00AM at Raleigh Convention Center located at 500 S Salisbury St. Raleigh, NC 27601. The deadline for written questions is Friday, February 16, 2024, by 4:00PM. The Proposal is due date and time is Thursday, February 29, 2024, by 4:00PM.
