Tri-State Utilities, LLC is seeking North Carolina certified/qualified DBE, MBE, WBE subcontractors and suppliers for the project entitled CIP No. 276-18, Project: “FY24 Gravity Sewer Rehabilitation Package No. 12”.

The project is located in and around Carrboro, North Carolina.

The project consists of 8-inch diameter gravity sewer to be rehabilitated using cured-in-place lining; rehabilitation

of existing manholes using calcium aluminate cementitious lining systems, other manhole rehabilitation work including, but not limited to sand blasting, patching voids and all frame connections with non-shrink grout flexible chimney seals; traffic control; and bypass pumping, and all associated appurtenances as described in the Specifications and as shown on the Drawings. Items of work can be broken down into economically feasible units. Quick-Pay agreements can be negotiated for owner accepted work to facilitate cash-flow needs.
