Town of Indian Trail/ RFQ – Community Recreation Center

The Town is seeking a qualified and experienced consultant to evaluate and make provide and make recommendations for a Feasibility Study and Business Plan for a Multiuse, Multigenerational Community Recreation Center. Interested bidders must obtain an official bid package in order to bid.

Late submittals will not be accepted. The Town reserves the right to accept or reject any or all RFQs, waive technicalities, and make decisions as it deems in its own best interest.

Questions regarding the proposal specifications should be directed to Hayden Kramer in writing at hpk@indiantrail.org. Questions must be submitted to the Town no later than five business days prior to the opening of the RFQ. The Town will not make, and applicants may not rely on oral representations.

Your transaction will record you as a plan holder and will allow you to receive notification of any Addenda released while it remains open. Downloads are not immediately available, you will receive an email when it is available for download.

ADDENDA DISTRIBUTION

Existing plan holders will be notified by email when future addenda are issued and it will be the responsibility of the plan holder to download each addendum. If you would like a printed copy of an addenda please contact your local Duncan-Parnell office for this request. There is no cost to download or print the addenda. However, shipping, if required, will be charged.

All project notifications, including addenda, are sent via email from the mail domaine of “@dpibidroom.com“. This could be flagged as spam by your company network firewall. To prevent delay of project notifications, including addenda, have your company’s Information Technology Manager and “white list” the domain of dpibidroom.com to prevent emails from being captured.
