ADDENDUM 1
Attached is Addendum No. 1 for the Wake County Apex Main EMS Station project (Wake County Request for Bids Number RFB-23-080). A copy of this addendum has been uploaded to the Dropbox folder that contains the Bid Documents. For convenience, below is the (previously provided) Dropbox link where all project bid documents can be found:

BID DATE, TIME, AND LOCATION HAVE NOT BEEN CHANGED.
REMINDER 1: As noted during the 10/05/23 Non-Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference, the 00300-Bid Proposal Form-Single Prime General Construction has been REVISED. The revised Bid Proposal Form is included in the attached Addendum No. 1. This revised form include a red 10/17/23 revision date within the document footer to distinguish it from the earlier, now void version. All updates to the Bid Proposal Form are highlighted in red text.
REMINDER 2: As noted during the 10/05/23 Pre-Bid Conference (meeting minutes available at Dropbox link above), be sure to allow enough time for parking in downtown Raleigh and for entering the Wake County Justice Center. Each person entering the Justice Center will be required to go through a security checkpoint. Weapons and items such as mace, scissors, and knives are prohibited in the Justice Center.
Bid Document Distribution Log
An updated copy of the Williard Stewart Architects Bid Document Distribution Log (dated 10/17/23) has also been added to the Dropbox link above. This is the log that our firm is providing to those that contact our office requesting a Bidders List. If you see any contact information that needs to be edited or added, please let us know.
Please note that our Distribution Log only lists the Plan Rooms/Services that we distributed the Bid Documents to, and the Contractors and Suppliers that requested documents directly from our office. Our office does not have the ability to track other potential General Contractors that may have received plans directly through these Plan Rooms/Services. We will continue to keep this list updated in the days leading up to the Bid Opening.
