Tyrrell County, NC – Maintenance Excavation and Removal of Sediment from Canals (20190283.00.RA)

The Project includes a Base Bid for maintenance for two canals with a combined length of approximately 4,530 LF in close proximity to Columbia, North Carolina. The work includes excavation (dredging), removal, transport, and off-site disposal of a total of approximately 6,660 cubic yards of sediment from the North Boundary Canal (41%) and Bridgepath Canal (59%). The project also includes an Alternate Bid for maintenance for the additional Roughton B Canal approximately 2,910 LF in length and approximately 3,700 cubic yards of sediment.

Contractors are notified that North Carolina G.S. 87 relating to licensing of contractors will be observed in receiving bids and awarding contracts.
