All bids will be publicly opened and read aloud for the furnishing of labor, material & equipment on this date.
BID LOCATION: Yancey County Courthouse (Attn: Lynn Austin, County Manager), 110 Town Square, Room 11, Burnsville, NC 28714
The work of this project is defined by the Contract Documents and includes, but not limited to, the following scope: All labor, taxes, materials, equipment, services, permits, incidental and implied, to install a complete working system as designed. The project consists of two (2) buildings, a Public Safety Facility and a 911 on the same site to be bid concurrently to a single prime contractor. The Public Safety Facility comprises 12,500 sf and the 911 Facility totals 5,500 sf. The project includes all other work as shown, indicated or reasonably implied on the contract drawings and/or specifications for a complete project.
Hickory Construction Company, Hickory, NC is seeking subcontractors for a specific trade that covers the work described below.
Division 3 – Concrete, Division 4 – Masonry, Division 5 – Metals, Division 6 – Wood and Plastics, Division 7 – Thermal and Moisture Protection, Division 8 – Openings, Division 9 – Finishes, Division 10 – Specialties, Division 12 – Furnishings, Division 21 – Fire Suppression, Division 22 – Plumbing, Division 23 – Mechanical, Division 26 – Electrical, Division 27 – Communications, Division 28 – Electronic Safety and Security, Division 31 – Earthwork, Division 32 – Exterior Improvements, Division 33 – Utilities.
