Scope of Work includes installation of approximately 6,900 linear feet of 8-inch to 16-inch water mains and approximately 6,000 linear feet of gravity sanitary sewer mains and appurtenances. The project will also include approximately 3,500 linear feet of 8-inch and 36-inch gravity sanitary sewer cleaning, CCTV, bypass pumping and lining. Engineer’s Opinion of Probable Construction Cost: $10M – $10.5M (Base Bid).

Sealed bids will be received by the CAPE FEAR PUBLIC UTILITY AUTHORITY addressed to the Procurement Manager, 235 Government Center Drive, Wilmington, NC 28403 and marked Rehabilitation and Replacement of Gravity Sewer in Downtown Wilmington Area. Bids will be received until Tuesday, September 26, 2023 at 11:00 AM and will be received at the front door of 235 Government Center Drive, Wilmington, NC 28403, at which time they will be publicly opened and read.
