DPS Lakeview School Controls Replacement
Project Scope:
The scope of this project is to replace existing system controllers, sensors, enclosures, and field devices. Existing actuators, free stats, valves, and relays are intended to remain.
Any found not functional during checkout are to be captured on a deficiency report and replaced as needed. Project has Federal funding.
Anticipated Notice to Proceed date is on or before May 1st, 2023.
Work shall be substantially complete on or before September 14th, 2023. 136 calendar days.
Sealed bids will be received by Durham Public Schools up to 2:00pm on Monday, April 10th, 2023 and opened in person at 2011 Hamlin Road, Durham, NC 27704.
No emailed or faxed bids will be accepted.
Non-mandatory Pre-bid conference will be held on Tuesday, March 28th, 2023 at 10:00am on site at Lakeview School, 3507 Dearborn Dr, Durham, NC 27704
