All bids will be publicly opened and read aloud for the furnishing of labor, material & equipment on this date.

The work of project is defined by the Contract Documents and includes, but not limited to, the following scope: All labor, taxes, materials, equipment, services, permits, incidental and implied, to install a complete working system as designed. The project generally consists of work of re-positioning the existing artificial field turf, goal posts, and storm drainage system to accommodate a new 6 – lane running track. Work also includes replacing an existing restroom building with a new restroom building, plaza area, perimeter walks, playground improvements, landscaping, and other ancillary improvements. The project includes all other work as shown, indicated or reasonably implied on the contract drawings and/or specifications for a complete project.

The featured scope of work per contract documents are as follows; Selective structure demolition, pipe and tube railings, flagpoles, site furnishings, site clearing, earth moving, erosion control, dewatering, termite control, asphalt paving, concrete paving, concrete paving joint sealants, track and field line markings, synthetic grass surfacing, running track surfacing, segmental retaining walls, turf and grasses, plants, common work results for utilities, site water service utility laterals, storm utility drainage piping, precast slot drain, sub-drainage, selective demolition, glass unit masonry, single wythe unit masonry, decorative metal, bituminous dampproofing, thermal insulation, below-grade vapor retarders, standing seam metal roof panels, fiber-cement siding, roof specialties, joint sealants, hollow metal doors and frames, moisture vapor emissions control, linear metal ceilings, exterior painting, interior painting, phenolic-core toilet compartments, toilet, bath, and laundry accessories

Hickory Construction Company, Hickory, NC is seeking subcontractors for specific scope of work as described above.
