The Town of Hillsborough (Owner) is requesting formal sealed Bids for the construction of the following Project:
Lawndale Basin Sewer Rehabilitation and Replacement Project
Formal sealed Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at the Town Hall Annex, 105 E. Corbin St., Hillsborough, NC 27278, until 3 p.m. EST on Tuesday, Aug. 8, 2023. At that time, the Bids received will be publicly opened and read.

UPDATE: Please find the Pre-Bid Meeting Notes and Addendum #1 for the Lawndale Basin Sewer Rehabilitation and Replacement Project. The documents can also be found at the following link FOR 6-26-23 BID. Acknowledge Addendum #1 on your bid proposal form.
All questions regarding this solicitation are due by Wednesday, July 26, 2023, at 2:00 p.m. Please note the change from July 19th. Questions shall be directed in writing to Bryant.green@hillsboroughnc.gov. Verbal questions and responses shall not be considered official. The town will respond to questions by Wednesday, August 2, 2023 via published addendum for which all bidders must acknowledge in their bid proposal where noted.
Sealed Bids must be delivered to the Town of Hillsborough, Town Annex, at 105 East Corbin Street, Hillsborough, NC 27278 no later than 3:00 PM, Tuesday, August 8, 2023. The Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at this time and place. Bids received after this time will be returned unopened. Address Bids to the Owner at address listed below:
