Tri-State Utilities, LLC is seeking certified North Carolina HUB minority and women subcontractors/suppliers to submit subcontract proposals for the following project.

2024 Sanitary Sewer Collection Cleaning, Inspection, Evaluation, and Relining Project Contract No. 2 Manhole Rehab.

Location Newland, NC.

Bidding on Thursday May 9^th, 2024 at 2PM.

Pricing is requested on the following items of work: • Application of approximately 980 VF of Polyurea liner material (approx. 132 MH’s)

• Bench / Channel Repairs in up to 20 MH’s

• Uncover / Repair up to 20 inaccessible MH’s (buried, broken, paved over)

• Raise / Reset MH Ring and Cover (up to 20 MH’s)

Tri-State is willing to break down items of work into economically feasible units. Quick-Pay agreements can be negotiated for owner accepted work to facilitate cash-flow needs.
